History of Waverly Farm
Waverly Farm in its current form began in 2015. The farm has been a staple of the Waverly community for over a century.
The Beginning
When the McCarty Family purchased the farm in 2015, it was in need of several improvements. The original farm consisted of seven pastures separated by brush and trees. The first project was to clear the brush, creating one large open space separated by fencing.

The Barn is the heart of Waverly Farm. Construction began in 2016 and is ongoing to this day.
